Return policy
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it in accordance with UK consumer law. However, some conditions apply:
-Items must be unused
-Items must be in original condition, and the label must remain intact.
-Original packaging must be included
*Hygiene Notice: For hygiene reasons, yoga mats cannot be returned once the protective seal, label, or wrapping has been removed.
Damaged or Faulty items
We are sorry to hear that something has gone wrong with one of your products. We strive to develop all our products to be of the highest quality, free of manufacturer defects. If you have a question about the quality of an item you received, please send us an email (WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS) to contact@damayogamaterials.com outlining when the product was purchased, where, and images of the issue you are experiencing, and a member of our team will assist.
Return process
All returns must be approved in advance via email.

The return address will be provided once the return request has been approved.
Returns must be sent using a tracked delivery service.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was received.
Refund Policy

*We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item shows signs of use or is not returned in its original condition. If you require assistance with arranging your return, we can provide a Royal Mail return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
